Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Lost or Stolen Packages: While we take precautions to ensure safe delivery, once packages are handed to our courier partners, they are beyond our control. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us at hello@vibivio.com, and we'll assist you accordingly.
For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim. Most couriers have a claims process, which may require additional information from you. We'll also liaise with the courier to follow up on your claim and provide updates.
Please note that Vibivio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, and these incidents fall outside our refund policy. However, we'll do our utmost to assist you in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
